Private Investor Agreement
This INVESTOR AGREEMENT is made and entered on this day________________ by and between
________________________ “Investor” and URBAN 2 URBAN HOMES, LLC. “investment”
WHEREAS,
URBAN 2 URBAN HOMES, LLC. Agrees to enter into this agreement with the investor for sole purpose of investing in real estate. This agreement is a limited partnership that will have a life spam term of 30 days THIRTY DAYS. Investor is made to understand that he/she is only limited short term partnership with Urban 2 Urban Homes, LLC. Investor agrees to invest with Urban 2 Urban Homes, LLC. an investment in the amount of $___________________________________
Urban 2 Urban Homes, LLC. Will use said investment funds as paid earnest money deposit (EMD) for real estate transactions. Urban 2 Urban Homes, LLC. Agrees to pay to investor a finders fee of $2,500.00 Urban 2 Urban Homes, LLC. also agrees to pay to investor his/her initial investment of $375.00 back to the investor with the finders fee in 30 days. Urban 2 Urban Homes, LLC. Agrees to pay a total investment return of $2,875.00 to investor after a successful closing has been made.
This agreement is legal and binding between the investor and the investment once each party has reviewed and signed this agreement below. INVESTOR may reinvest back to Urban 2 Urban Homes, LLC. when this agreement has expired.
